Work, work, work...

A lot of work these days, but I'm certainly not the one to complain! A lot of great projects! Sooo... besides the computer screen this is my look to the right when working at the office.

And this is what I'm listening to right at this moment:

I'll be back!

Month of working girls

Refinery29 is apparently celebrating August as the Month of the Working Girls, which I randomly came across yesterday. I love articles and interviews with cool women doing cool things, and even though each article of the day isn't that long nor deep, at least appreciate it for the lovely pictures and inspiring tips among the ladies! FOLLOW the calender, as each day reveals a new interview – HERE. It almost feels like christmas!!

Hay FOLD boxes

Lovely FOLD boxes from Hay, just perfect for me to hide away all my stuff (just kidding) (..no, I'm not) Actually, they're meant to be put on a new shelving system I've bought to store some of my shoes, but that's for another post. They come in a set of 5 in various sizes and different color schemes.

Bookshelf: The Age of Feminine Drawing No. 2

It's been a while since I did a post about one of my books from the Bookshelf, but today I'll bring you some pictures from one of my favorite illustration-books; The Age of Feminine Drawing, No. 2. Besides the lovely cover (which actually made me look at the book in the first place) and the very beautiful illustrations featured throughout the book – it also put focus on the artist behind the work as well as discussing the theme "femine drawing" – and exactly what it is, that makes it feminine. The book is published by All Rights Reserved Publishing.

Diamant pattern poster

A week ago I did this diamant shaped black/white pattern, and made a quick print of it. Thought I'd might as well show it, in a great mix of dogs, chairs and letters.

Diamant poster prints by me, the classic Wishbone chair (Y-stolen) by Hans J. Wegner,
B-letter in white plexiglass from a test-cutout, the cute black pug, Elliot, by his mum & dad

DEAR AUGUST....

Today it's the 1st of august and yet another month has passed, making room for a new one. Today I decided that my personal quote/hope of the month, is for August to surprise me!.. and knock on wood – in a positive way of course... Am I too demanding?
